  1. Got to 5 box overs however many reps that is.
    Was able to do cleans today so that’s good.

  2. CWOD: CAP @ half way through 200m run

    Maybe some WODS weren’t meant to be beat.

  3. Ran 8 hilly miles before class.
    CWOD: finished 5 box jumps at cap (160 reps Rx if I did that right)
