WOD: 15:41 Rx. Did 3 stationary legless rope climbs to the ceiling instead of burpees. Through 24 S2O at 13:00 cap
WOD: 23:30. Mod plu with green band. 50 lb weight. 6-5-4 and 9-8-7-6. Started too fast – remember to pace!

Made it through 8 reps of second round of OHSs when back tightened up again. Was doing well up until then.
24:19 scaled with 95# thrusters, 1 rd of 85# OHS then had go go down to 65# for the second set and the shoulder to overhead. Brutal wod for me. Started off a bit fast and heavy. Probably should’ve done 75# throughout. I think I was on my first set of push ups at the 13 minute mark.

63#, I switched to body weight squats for my last 10 reps on OHS, pushups on knees, 10 plus instead of 30
