Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

Run 300m

5 pull-ups

10 Hand-release Push-ups

15 Squats

 

…rest 5 minutes, then…

Partner up, and complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Sit-up Slammers (12/8)

20 Double Unders

10 Calories Rowed

20m Burpee Broad Jumps

10 Double Kettlebell Front Squats (53/35)

 

…rest 5 minutes, then…

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Power Snatches (75/53)

  2. I only did Part 1 today, and modified it majorly. Did do all PLU RX so that made me happy. Body screaming at me, and I thought I’d better listen this time.

    2- partner with burris 249 I scaled singles for doubles jr
    3- 25 scaled 70#

    1) 210 (did strict PLUs so that I wouldn’t need skin grafts on my fingers)
    2) 319 partnered with Darren (I did SUs)
    3) 20 (Only did 2.5 min, started having back tightness/spasms)

    Partnered with speedy, did double KB shoulder press, don’t know reps for that. Worked form on hang snatches.
