Instructions:

One partner performs the set exercise, while the other performs max reps. Once primary exerciser finishes, both partners switch roles, and then repeat. Rest 4 minutes between the different AMRAP’s. Score is total max reps completed on each AMRAP added together. Post separate AMRAP’s and total.

 

Mobility:

Hip Capsule – 1:30/side

    Did a shortened version of this with Jana as a dynamic warmup for 4×5 DL (345, 395, 425, 455)
    Then we went to work on swimming sprints. 10 partner rounds of 100yd sprint (50y each) – 15:32
    Swimming is tiring! Good work though!
