    Russian twists for sit-ups, step ups for box jumps
    Wasn’t feeling too great today so I cut down on the reps.
    First round I did 45, 35, 20, 30, 40.
    Second round I did 30, 20, 10, 20, 30

    Last time I did it rx and only 2 seconds slower than today…I’ll be glad when I can get back to normal.

  5. Stopped at 30 min cap with 10 grasshoppers/run/jump rope/run remaining.
    Scaled reps to masters, 16″ box jumps, PLU red/green bands, singles.
    Looking forward to building up some endurance again…oh, and my non-existent core!!

    Last time it took 30:00 and I did half ring rows and half PLU. Still think I was faster.

    T. 23 and change. Did ring rows instead of plu. Someone forget to take a pic of the board.

    D. 26:00. 30 sec PR but felt pretty sluggish.

    I did only 1 round as a dynamic warmup for lifting, 10:40 Rx
    Worked on going 85-90%.

    Worked on Romanian DL’s and getting under the bar on cleans. No specific weight or plan. On RDL’s, just worked up to weights that felt good. On cleans, should have went heavier, but I didn’t figure out what I was doing wrong until I was out of time. Good practice though.
