WOD 1:

12:00 Cap

2K Row

Max Rep Burpees

 

For Row Time and Score

As a team, row 2000 meters. Then perform as many Burpees in the remaining time as possible. Only one partner working at a time, on both the row and burpees. Equal work required on row only. Total Burpees is Score.

WOD 2:

As a team, use one bar (135/93), co-ed can use separate bars, to perform as many reps as possible in 10:00* of:

Snatch (5 points)

Ground-2-Overhead (3 points)

Deadlift (1 point)

 

*Every minute on the minute, one partner performs as many reps as possible of any of the movements. On the minute, partners change.

 

For Score

Total Score is both WODs added together

    So….. Do you get like a free damper rotation if the rowers get to 100,000 miles or something by the end of the year?

    Partnered with Rags.
    Wod 1. 7:20 Row time. 107 crappies. Note to self. Don’t partner with Rags when burpees are involved, it doesn’t help in the rest department.
    Wod 2. 371. Rx. Note. Cleans were the 3 pt option on the board so that’s what we did as opposed to g2o. More reps = more pain cave.

  4. Shadowed Jana on the J train. Same burpees and time as Jammy. 138 Rx on the lift.

    WOD 2: Mike – 249 Rx / Grant – 198 Rx = 447 Rx

    Total: 6:44.2 Row / 553 Rx as Team Muff N Such

  7. WOD 1: with Jammy 88 burpees, big improvement over last year.
    WOD 2: 194 reps rx for me (not sure about team total). BUT my goal (note to future self) since we could not compare score due to discrepancy in lifts i.e. g2OH vs Cleans, my ultimate goal was to complete more snatches. first time we did this WOD I did 4 and had MULTIPLE fails, the second time 14 snatches with several fails, and this time 23! with only one failed lift! 🙂 Beat that future ME!
