“Jack O’Lantern” Jumping Pull-ups

“Petrified” Pistols

“Killer” Kettlebell Swings (70/55)*

“Skeleton” Squat Jumps

“Lethal” Lateral Jumps (24/20″)

    D. Where you nooners at? #cherrypickers. This is from memory and math is hard so could be off up to 100 reps plus or minus.

    The squat jumps were shockingly terrible.
