    Jana made me do the WOD at 0845 bc she was by herself! I had just finished 3 eggs, 3 Blue and Gold sausage patties, , and 2 pieces of FFB Tuscan toast. Felt a little heavy in the running. :/

    27:46. Rx. Strict K2E’s was a new twist. Shoulder presses were harder than I thought they would be. Fun Wod except for the burpees. And running. And 7 rounds.

  11. 29:04 cap. Mod: red/blue banded PLU after two rounds because I was getting unstrict…63# SP. Need to start working on keeping core tight at end of shoulder press so back doesn’t arch.
