    Rx, well I can’t really say that I sprinted my 400m, it was more like a limping jog.

      Totally agree with Jana. All about completion.
      35:22 Rx with Jana, 2 minutes slower than PR, but the volume of this week has definitely taken it’s toll.
      Surprisingly, round 2 HSW was better than round 1, went unbroken on both of my 10m. “Run” was more of a jog for me as well. 🙂

    Finished before 11:00. Was awful ugly. Mods were plentiful.
