Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes of:

10 Pull-ups

10 Thrusters (95/65)

200m run

40 Single Unders

 

For Score

 

Strength:

Deadlifts

5   reps @ 65% 1RM

3   reps @ 75%

1+ reps @ 85%

 

For max reps at 85%

 

Mobility:

Partner Shoulder smash – 1:30/side

Barbell Quad Smash – 1:30/side

Spinal Twist – 1:30/side

    SWOD: 12 reps @ 225. I was mad my DLmax went down 10 last time we did it.
    I crashed 8:45 class and almost knocked myself out on the bar on my first round of pull-ups.

  7. 280 reps w/ 53# bar, banded PLU, 250m row

    DL: 5@183# (81%, considering my deadlifts have felt really weak recently, I was happy about this!)

    CWOD: 5+35 or 355 RX
    SWOD: 2 @ 415# not trying to overdo it with poor form. Need to work proper form at about 65% – 85%. MIght need to re-tool the DL and my Dubs. Going back to fundamentals!

    Swod. Shut down @ 225#. Aches and pains.
