Mobility:

Supine Shoulder Extension – 1:30

Overhead Distraction w/ External Bias – 1:00/side

Couch Stretch – 1:30/side

Side Hurdler – 1:30/side

Rocking Seal – 1:30

    Made it through 28 hspus
    Did 5 rx hspus, then did the rest kipping w/1 ab mat

  7. Made it into 7 pull ups by the cap. Scaled my last 30 HSPU using an ab mat, HS walk scaled with 30″ box shoulder touches, and didn’t have a box in place for pull ups so did ring rows.

  8. CWOD: Time Cap! (30:00)
    Through 50 of 80 Shoulder Touches (mod for HSWalk)
    HSPUs (first 15 w/ 2 abmats, remaining 35 w/ 3 abmats)
    Gorilla walk/run sideways?! I dunno what I was doing…

    33:41 (I think). Lots of mods. Squats not push-ups, slammers not HSPU, DNF PLU or GHD.
