60 Handstand Push-ups

40m Buddy Carry

20 Synchronized Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

40m Buddy Carry

60 Burpee Box Overs (24/20″)

 

For Time

Perform the following, synchronized with your partner:

10 Overhead Squat (115/75)

15 Shoulder-2-Overhead

20 Squat Cleans

 

For Time

Flexibility/yoga poses:

Thread the Needle – 1:30/side

Twisted Monkey – 1:30/side

Pigeon – 1:30/side

Reclined Spinal Twist – 1:30/side

    Wod 1. 9:49 Rx. 1 no rep on c2b. Those were tough.
    Wod 2. 5:21. Rx 1 no rep on cleans. That was harder than it looked on paper.
