Then, 2 rounds of:

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Jerks

 

All completed with axle bar

Weights:

54 and below: (185/125)

55-59 and teens 14-15: (155/105)

60+: (135/95)

 

10:00 cap

 

Flexibility:

20 PVC Passovers

T-spine mobility – 2:00

10 Skin-the-Cats

Hip Capsule – 1:30/side

    4:14, I think. Used a 50# fat bar and banded PLU.
    Worked HS on parralets afterwards.

    Holy smokes. That was brutal. Arms and legs are going to be bruised for a week from trying to set that bar down.

    Should have done more weight. I’ll know next time.

    Stayed and did some back squat work after.

    CWOD: Cap + 7 Rx. Had trouble with the jerk on round 1. Note to self – push press next time.
    SWOD: BSQ: 2 reps at 60%/65%/70%/75%/80%/85%/90%/95%
    Worked up to 90% (330) and called it a day. Struggled to get the 2nd rep. Body is still working through the kinks of this whole30 diet thing

    Total Time: 12:30 (didn't pace that very well)
