Some common views post-Monday’s WOD. 🙂

 

Conditioning:

Every three minutes on the minute, for 12 minutes perform:

Calories Rowed (15/12)

30 Double Unders

10 V-ups

20 High-Lows*

 

For Quality and Score

*High-Lows start in the up push-up plank. Lower body down to low plank with both forearms on the ground. and then return to the up position to finish the rep. Perform 10 lowering in one direction, and 10 lowering in the other.

 

Skill Work:

Pull-ups

Complete in 2-3 sets:

20 reps (beginner)

35 reps (intermediate)

50 reps (advanced)

 

For quality, choose appropriate skill level

10 Squat Cleans (245/165) by 2:00

8 Squat Cleans (265/180) by 4:00

6 Squat Cleans (285/195) by 6:00

4 Squat Cleans (305/205) by 8:00

2 Squat Cleans (325/215) by 11:00

    Prioritizing my life around ballpark hotdogs tonight, so I worked out with the nooners today.

    CWOD:
    Finished all reps each round

    Skill:
    I did 20 plu in 3 sets. 10, 6, & 4

    SWOD:
    Cap+1
    Weights were 105, 115, 125, 135, 145… Failed 3 times on my last rep. Sad stuff. This one was rough.

    SKILL: Pull-Ups
    3 sets: 11 – 8 – 6 = 25 total

    SWOD: 9:26

    Was gonna try for 45 first set, but I forgot to take care of hands and almost ripped, so I stopped.

    SWOD:
    8:16
    205, 225, 245, 265, 285
    Was exhausted, but I felt “good” under the cleans.

    Wod 2. 19+12+7. 38
    Wod 3. Completed 10:26. # were 63, 78, 93, 108, 123.

    Wod 1. Short reps on rounds 3&4.
    Wod 2. 26+20+9. Did 36 a month ago so that sucked.
    Wod 3. Tapped out early on round 2. Felt off and dizzy today. Blaming Grants new diet.

    WOD 1: completed under the caps. Didn’t get my times though.
    WOD 2: 25/17/8 – not sure on total time. Somewhere in 3:15 ish
    WOD 3: wow, that was rough. Cap + 15. cleaned all the weight after class was over with Such. Weights were 185/205/225/245/265. Should have pushed through on the round of 8 but was feeling gassed. Looking forward to crushing that one next time.
