    Lacked the 25 G2S at the 20min cap.
    Many mods: 1375m row, C2S w/ 5# bar, squats for box overs, banded PLU, 6# WB

    SWOD: worked SP, math was off so ended up getting 2@ my 95%, 65#

    Love it when Janimal comes to the 0845 class! Have fun on your honeymoon girl!

    Up to 130 lbs, 2 sets of 3 reps @ 130 lbs
    Worked on pushing trough heels and driving through hips, last few reps felt pretty good.

    I was exhausted after the CWOD. Tried some snatch work and it just wasn’t happening. Temp was hi, and humidity even higher.

    CWod. 20:26. Rx. 9 reps worse than last time. Was a lost pony on the c2b. Even used 2 bars at once.

  8. Worked late and went into WOD with essentially no warmup.
    CWOD: 20:32 Rx. 3 more reps than last time and last time was heavily modified.
    SWOD: 3@108, 118#1RM
