    Skill: worked progressions through tuck to handstand
    CWOD: 6:12 Rx

    Stayed after and did some running and had a full body seizure while establishing a 1 RM BSQ after the run. Then ran another 600 after with BW and Speedy. Then did a 6 min AMRAP of 5 plate facing Burpees and 10 G2O with the plate. 6 + 5 Rx

    Gonna hurt tomorrow

    PVC pipe for OHS. Shoulder mobility is still progressing
