    Seriously deep in the pain cave today. It was dark in there; if I could have seen enough to find the trash can I would have thrown up in it. Good times! 🙂

    Swod with Rags. 7:24.5. Stayed in the 1:32 range so not bad.

    CWod. 69 in 5 rounds at the cap. That was a special kind of suck right there. The run/walk made the thrusters much worse than I thought it would.

    In hindsight, I should have walked out the door with 8 seconds left, walked the 400 and do my last set of 19 unbroken to finish. Did not realize how the scoring would work. Mental note for next time! 🙂
