    25#kb, 52#snatch, 45#sp instead of HSPU (shoulders so toasted from this past week, couldn’t do even 1 HSPU with 2 ab mats)

    (At least until next Feb when I’m sure I’ll forget this pain.) 😉

      And totally dang forgot the last row. I guess I was just so excited to get to those last 14 burpees!!

    27:00 ish. Modified and didn’t do one single burpee. Mr. Hasenpepper can kiss my royal butt.

    Totally hated missing this one. Now I am having to do burpees on Sunday so that I can wear the shirt tomorrow. Ugh!! First burpees on a Sunday, outside of a competition, in over two years.
