Body Blasters

Burpee Box Overs (24/20″)

Burpee Broad Jumps, 25′

Bar-Over-Burpees

 

For Time

Strength:

Pick any missed 1-rep (Shoulder Press, Thruster, Hang Power Clean)

or

Find a 4-rep max with any lift

  10. CWOD: running burpees 17:28. I would say Rx but I did some Jana burpees before I knew they weren’t allowed.
    SWOD: worked shoulder press up to 87#. PR wasn’t going to happen today on roasted shoulders.

    Several PR’s today! Congrats to all!! I believe the biggest PR was a tie between Courtnie and Manny. Both had 20# PR’s!!
