    Swod. 225. Same. Will be stuck at this weight until my form improves. Need to work this lift at 80% – 90% over and over.

    SWOD: 138# HPC (13# PR), 140# squat clean (2#PR). Need to work on pulling from the shrug and not from the bottom of the hang.
    Burpees to be burpee current.
    Little run with the pup when I got home for Global Running Day.

    Completely agree with D. Need to work heavy weight and pull under the bar and catch in a good power position. That will get better with time and simply getting stronger on basic lifts as well.
