Friday night class this week only is cancelled in celebration of the union of two MP members, Bradley “Goat Rider” McKone and Courtnie Smith!

Equal work, one at a time working, and must tag between exercises.

 

Rest 5 minutes, then…

 

As a partner group, perform the following, equal work required:

40 Clean-to-Overhead (155/103)

40 Burpees

 

For Time

Partners may partition each part as desired. Both can be working at same time. One can do lift while other is doing burpees. But both cannot be perform the same exercise at the same time.

Super Front Rack – 1:30/arm

Banded Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

Quad Smash – 1:30/leg

    First part: 23:26, mod banded C2B which after a few ended up just being regular banded strict PLU, I did GHD instead of box overs (next time I’ll mod SQ for box overs)
    Second part: 32:17 (I think was our total time for both parts) I used 55# bar.

    Always a blast partnering with my girl Katie. So many laughs!

    Big congrats to the soon to be Mr and Mrs Goat Rider!!!! 😉

    Finished installing all 4 lifting platforms! I am tired of cutting the rubber mats, just saying’!
    Worked heavy deadlifts with Janimal, Quadzilla, and Such
    got up to 445 for 3 reps before having to stop in order to get ready for the wedding.
    Oh, and we did a 2-mile hill run before. 🙂
    Ended up getting 28,300 steps!
