    RD and PLU for DU,
    53# SP and PP for C&J
    T2B instead of GHD (but was able to string some together during WOD.)
    Burpees
    Air bike instead of run.
    Arms about to fall off on this wod. I’m gonna look like one of those gym guys that never works legs. 🙁

    Cleans at that weight were difficult, but I enjoyed this WOD.
