Conditioning:

Perform 1 round of:

100 Double Unders

50 Squats

25 Push Press (95/63)

…then, 2 rounds of:

60 Double Unders

30 Squats

15 Push Press

…then, 3 rounds of:

40 Double Unders

20 Squats

10 Push Press

 

For Time

 

Burpee Challenge:

Day 83

 

Flexibility:

Couch Stretch – 1:30/side

Bilateral Shoulder Flexion – 1:30

Low Lunge Twist – 1:30/side

    Worked PLU/RD instead of DU
    SU instead of SQ
    Shoulder Press @ 43# instead of PP
    Burpees

    Glad that I was still able to get a good WOD in despite not using my legs.

    I did seg 1 with burpees
    THEN
    I did seg 2 with burpees
    THEN
    I did seg 3 with burpees
    THEN
    I called TIME at about 10 minutes…
    THEN
    I got a bunch of really wide-eyed looks which made me realize ..oops there were 2 and 3 rounds for seg 2 and 3!!!
    THEN
    I went back and did the rest…
    Gee I really messed that on up! But in the end it was a good one!!

    CWOD: 19:08 with 25/30# Dumbbells (barbell not available at hotel). That was toasty.
