    Shadowed Coach so I obviously finished ahead of him…not sure what the time was but my time was somewhere between ‘insanely fast’ and ‘whoa, that beast can row and I probably need to get his autograph’

    Lots of “Cherry Pickers” today!! Scared of a body-weight exercise. If you don’t work on your weaknesses, they only get weaker. Just sayin.
