Had a great class today! It is always exciting to a big class and set lots of PR’s!!

  5. 7:59 Rx. It was well established that I put the bar down too many times during the 15 round.
250# DL. NoPR for me but I brought new meaning to the word “selfie”

  8. Our OKCMM relay experience as a chipper:
    -Lose relay timing chip
-blow away bag check tag in wind
-Use the restroom behind a dumpster because you spent so much time looking for said chip
    -Miss first relay exchange
-run 1 mile too far because you missed said exchange
-call teammate and tell them to start running
-sprint to make up time lost from extra mile to finish half marathon
    -almost miss next relay exchange
    -exhaust and cramp legs
    -find first four teammates
-walk 800m to wait for last teammate
-realize you left last teammate’s MP shirt in the car
-watch for teammate so all can finish as a team
    -miss last teammate finishing
    -run 800m to finish
    -find last teammate
-realize that someone found your lost relay chip and actually finished with it

Chip time from random stranger: 4:09
    Actual time: 4:21
Time spent stressing that first teammate messed everything up for everyone else 4:21 Rx+
