21 Ring Muscle-ups

Ages 60+: (65/45)

 

Mobility:

Barbell Shoulder Smash – 1:30/arm

Quad Smash – 1:30/leg

Sink Mobilization -2:00

Hip Capsule – 1:30/side

    Like the Open, I have learned where I need to focus, kipping ring MU’s. 🙁
    Burpees done in 3:24, OHS completed by 5:00, and then it took another 5:54 to do 21 MU!! No bueno!
