9 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

6 Wall Climbs

Mobility:

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

Overhead Distraction w/ External Bias – 1:00/side

Reclined Spinal Twist – 1:00/side

    tough one for me…my right groin is still giving me fits so I worked up to 75% and called it quits after that set

    Time ran out on me but I got through 2 rounds at the 9:15 mark so it would have been close to get the 4 rounds in under 20min
