Glad to feel somewhat normal getting back into it. Might have gone a little hard.
Thanks to Dave for covering down for me at noon! Lesson learned, don’t lay down without setting an alarm when I only got 3.5 hours of sleep the night before.
Did a trial run of Friday’s WOD with Jana and Jaime. Went well and it was fun.
Rowed at a 1:34/500m pace. Held it right on for first 3 intervals, slowed to a 1:35 on 4th, and 1:36 on 5th.
