RX
’twas toasty 🙂
SWOD:
definitely a different dynamic when lifting after a CWOD versus before –
2 reps at 175#
7 rds + 10 reps
~12″ box
85# DL
knee push-ups
Pre-WOD: Bench Press 1RM w/ Nick; 105#, 10# PR!
But doing that before made all those HRPU impossible. Had to go to knees.
250 Reps, knee HRPU
SWOD: 3 @ 98#
Was fun WODn with the noon class again!
Great seeing you sarah!! Don’t be like T & D and forget about us nooners 🙂
No way! You guys are too much fun! I’ll be back!
Woah woah woah. I’ve made several noon appearances over the past few weeks. I can’t help it if you’ve been cherry picking your days to avoid me.
281 Rx
Worked form on split jerk
T.
CWod. 9 + 12 reps.
Swod. 4 @ 108#.
D.
CWod. 8 rds.
Swod. 2 @ 205#.
That was a rough Swod.
CWOD: 8+18 = 306 Rx
SWOD: 3 @ 190 (80%), 0 @ 210 (90%). That weight felt heavy.
CWOD:
9 rds +23 reps = 347
15 reps better than 2011, still exhausting
SWOD:
2 reps at 250
Lifting heavy while fatigued is tough!
So is spelling apparently.
Don’t know what you talking about bro. 🙂
Don’t worry. I screen shot it.
CWOD:
I lost track of my chips…and my engine…TOOT TOOT
i was either 8+11 reps or 9+11 reps. @ 103#
SWOD:
