    After not working out last week and coming back to 16.1 and today’s WOD – I’m an oompa loompa that walks like Frankenstein…

    Good workout tonight at Brick Crossfit Grand Central in NYC.
    SWOD: 5 sets of 3-5 strict press @ 65# + 3-5 strict PLU. Consistently got 3 unbroken strict PLUs each set-that’s a big improvement for me.
    CWOD: basically DT timed differently and plus DUs
    5 rounds Rx @ 75#
    90 seconds to complete:
    12 DL
    9 HPC
    6 s2o
    Max rep DUs for remainder of 90 seconds
    My total reps for DUs = 160
    My forearms haven’t been that roasted in a LLLLOOONNNG time.
