Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

3 Handstand Push-ups

3 Cleans (185/125)

6 Handstand Push-ups

3 Cleans

9 Handstand Push-ups

3 Cleans

12 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

15 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

18 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

21 Handstand Push-ups

9 Cleans

Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-ups each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds

  2. CWOD: 80 @ 85# and HSPU w/ ab mat and towels, then moved to two ab mats as reps increased
    SWOD: 175# X 5 sets of 4 reps

  3. 123# clean Rx HSPU got through first set of 6 rep cleans and 3 HSPU into next round =72 reps
    4×4 reps DL @193 4 reps @ 203

    3×3 @ 203 85%

  5. CWOD: 39 Rx. Slow HSPU. Last year I did scaled because I couldn’t do HSPU,so I’ll consider it a win.
    SWOD: 1 set @ 173#, 2.5 sets @ 153# to work on form. Need to work on not caving mid-back.
