    3000m Row (w/ Big Dave and Ragsdale). Still need to work on pushing off w/ my heels instead of the upper part of my foot. Did get below 1:30 on a couple pulls which is a PR for me

    mod: Did regular PLU’s instead of C2B

  3. CWOD: 12:33, 2:42 PR and did all DU this time! Banded PLU.

    Row with J’s didn’t write down time.

    8 seconds slower than last time, sad day. Last time I did 50# instead of 53#. Not sure 3# would slow me down though. Just had the strugs lately.

    T. 12:34 Rx. Off Pr a few seconds. Shoulder still not healthy.

    D. 11:06. Rx. 2 sec Pr. Went 20-15 on front squats. Don’t do that next time.

    11:31 or 11:45 rx I can’t remember the change?

    But I did row 47 calories instead of 45 so I am sure that would have saved me at least 20 sec 🙂
