Mod:45 #KB for everything except 35# cleans and 30# thrusters.
Did stuff with kettle bells and messed up group 1’s time.

D. Scoring looked hard. Didn’t even try. Lifted that ape head a bunch. Rx’ed it until round 5 or 9 or whatever the thrusters were. No one gets to have a birthday WOD until Emma is 30.

Agree with D. No clue. Used the 70# KB until the thrusters. Ring MUs. 53# KB Thrusters. Did the front rack walking lunges about 30 mins later.
