SWOD: lost balance at top of 2nd rep @103, then ran out of time because apparently Jana and I talk too much.
CWOD: 11:08 with 103#…back spasms set in at beginning of round of 15. Due to this, I was only able to do to deadlifts two at a time, so really slowed me down
Part 2:5:46. Again with the spasms.
It was AWESOME lifting with you K. we had great convo, we caught up, your shoes are amazing, you taught me how to do simple 3rd grade math, oh…and I ran out of time and I only got to 80% at 116# for 3 reps. Could have done more if Coach had not programmed the “deux”
