    • You forgot about your shadow. 🙂 I was there and followed Grant around with some heavy stuff on my back…THEN after about 5 min of rest I lifted some heavy things over and over for about a minute.

    I did 160# fat bar carry on 2 rounds and 190# on the other 2 rounds
    Snatch @ 63, Christa @ 45# – 9, I think?
    Clean @ 103 – 11
    DL @ 153 – 13

    Not sure I got our lift reps correct, but close enough. Fun workout!
    I stayed and lifted and got 135# CL. 5# PR.
