    So that was about 2 seconds of “Hey! That’s a great picture.” Then I looked at the WOD……..I’m feeling a little sick all of a sudden.

    Snatch (really did 2 OHS) @ 63# (SQ Snatch still VERY hard for me)

    This was a good one!!! Loved the heavy lifts!

    Had to really concentrate on good form on that one. Grasshoppers are
    a form of torture in 15 countries.
