First day back since Friday due to neck injury. Feeling much better.
Partnered with Courtnie and Emma.
Part 1: 12:21. I only lifted 58# to test my neck.
Part 2: 11:53. Court and Emma did 3:1 SUs. Only mod was SUs with one hand stabilizing my neck.
