    Don’t know my part on time but those heavy snatches were adequate.
    Other than that fun WOD.

  8. First day back since Friday due to neck injury. Feeling much better.

    Partnered with Courtnie and Emma.
    Part 1: 12:21. I only lifted 58# to test my neck.
    Part 2: 11:53. Court and Emma did 3:1 SUs. Only mod was SUs with one hand stabilizing my neck.
