    Skill: Worked on my chub run – did 400m run in 1:36

    CWOD: 5:58 Rx (that was a toasty one). Was able to do my DL unbroken on the 1, 4, and 5th set which really helped my time. Slow and steady on those burps 🙂

  10. Skills: 500m row in 1:56. Totally gassed-went out with way to quick of a cadence. Attempted 35#KB snatches and only got about 5.
    CWOD: 4:42 majorly modified at 83#. After my DL strugglefest on Friday, I decided to play it safe since its marathon week. Oh and also, it’s marathon week so I can do whatever I want-right jimmy? 😉
