With a continuous running clock, perform the following every minute on the minute. Add 1 rep of each every minute until unable to complete within the minute.

    D. Back Squat 300#. Back to my previous PR but without back pain, so feel pretty happy that my form and strength have improved.

    CWOD: 155 reps (through the 9’s and did 10 DL & 10 HC). Fun WOD!

    Went through the 9s had to leave for a meeting but I feel
    Like I should have stayed till 11s

  7. 208# back.squat. Not sure that was pR but beat what I previously had up on the board.

    Got through 12’s plus 27
    reps of round 13 @63% (63#)
