Practice for 12-minutes on:

Turkish Get up

5 reps/side

Increase weight as you are able, and/or move to different objects (bar, weight plate, etc.)


For Quality





30 Double Unders

20 Knees-2-Elbows

10 Handstand Push-ups


5 rounds for time

    CWOD: 16:22; mods: singles, K2E on about 1/3, then T2B; HSPU using 2 ab mats

    Started w/ a 20lb KB, 35lb KB, 33lb Bar, then finished with 45lb bar 🙂

    Mod: HSPU kicked up and went down 1-2″…slowly but surely…making progress. Happy that I did K2B each round without having to move to the GHD machine.

    Tried a 20 lb wall ball. That was tough.

    Lola. 12:47. Almost a 2:00 Pr. Got to learn to pace on this one. Next time need to go 7-7-6 on k2e on the first round. Try to hold that throughout.

    Skill: worked up to a 30# KB
    Lola: 19:33 Rx. I was so slow my rope gave up on me before I could finish. That was an ugly welcome back.

  7. Skill: first time to ever try these. Worked up to an 18# KB and an 11# bar.
    CWOD: 20:24 rx. Pretty ugly after two weeks in Jamaica.

    Successfully did a getup with a 16″ box, 75lb bar, and Emma!
