Conditioning:

Fittest in the OK online qualifier WOD 1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6:00 of:

12 Power Snatches (75/55)

6 Lateral Bar-Over-Burpees

6 Pull-ups

  1. Sprints: got up to 10.0 but couldn’t sustain it for the last 400m. Need to practice more sprinting.
    Score 74; mods 42# snatch, red&purple band; (this was hard after sprints)

  2. For a 6min WOD that was brutal 🙂

    CWOD:
    78 (3 full rounds) Rx

    Sprints:
    7.3 – 7.9 – 8.4 – 9.0
    short chubby guys don’t sprint….that was tough!

    10 – 10.1 – 10.2 – 11

    Wod 1. 99. Rx.
    Wod 2. I didn’t follow directions so I got no repped the first 2 rounds by D. I will learn.
    My last two were 10.0 and 11.0.

    Should of started faster.

    130 reps (5 rds)

    Sprints:
    10.5, 11.0, 11.2, 11.4, 11.7, 12.0

    Did 6 sets instead of 4, needed to cover more mileage. Kinda feel bad that I tricked Janimal into doing 6. 🙂

  6. WOD 1: 90 banded PU, 31#. I can’t follow directions either and just now realized I was doing 8 burpees instead of 6.
    WOD 2: 8.8, 8.9, 9.0, 9.1
