Perform as many reps as possible at each station for 1 minute, with 15 seconds between each exercise:

“Horrific” Handstand Push-ups

“R.I.P.” Row for Calories

“Boo” Burpees

“Wicked” Wall-Ball Shots @ (20/14) @ 9′

“Jack O’Lantern” Jumping Pull-ups

“Petrified” Pistols

“Killer” Kettlebell Swings (70/55)

“Skeleton” Squat Jumps

“Lethal” Lateral Jumps (24/20″)

  1. I couldn’t make it on time today , but did the Tulsa Run 5k. My goal was under 29:00. My time was 26:57….which is a dramatic PR for me!! I guess running that hill pays off.
