CWOD: I think we were 21:32? Teamed with Mark, Bradley, and Courtnie. Courtnie and I modified with 73# DL-hammy still a little tight. Went unbroken on mine and finished in 3:42 so I was extremely pleased with that after coming straight from a hilly long run.
