CWOD: 23min-ish (can’t remember exactly), mods: green and purple bands for PLU (PLU very very hard), 300 singles instead of double-unders
SWOD: 7 @ 68# (felt good and could have done more weight, ran out of time)

sometimes the most straight forward Wod’s are the worst….this is one of those times.
