    not really “feeling it” this morning

  2. CWOD: 23min-ish (can’t remember exactly), mods: green and purple bands for PLU (PLU very very hard), 300 singles instead of double-unders

    SWOD: 7 @ 68# (felt good and could have done more weight, ran out of time)

    98# on the SWOD could have done more but ran out of time…
