Option 1: Individual

Complete 1 mile of Burpee Broad Jumps

 

Option 2: 3-5 person Team

Complete 1 mile of Burpee Broad Jumps, with one team member working at a time

 

Option 3: Partner

Complete 1/2 mile of Burpee Broad Jumps, with one partner working at a time

 

Option 4: Individual

Complete 1/4 mile of Burpee Broad Jumps

    Teamed up with “Tarren”, aka Speedy and Super Stretch
    29:39 – full mile
    Slowest lap was the first one at about 7:40. Then we sped up and maintained a sub-7:30 pace. Strong work team!

    Note to future self. Find slower partners. Fast people rest while us slow people struggle to do burpees. You won’t get to rest because they are fast. They feed off your struggles and just go faster.
