    CWOD: 6:44/6:04/2:33= total time 21:20. Mod weights: 63#/83#/123#

    CWOD: no clue/no clue/1:38 – total time 22:52 Rx. Those squat cleans were rough

    Swod. 225# on both hang power clean and hang squat clean. No pr.
    Cwod. 22:51. Rx except for last 2 rds on squat cleans. 205 put me on my butt. Had to drop to 185#.
