    CWod. Capped at 8 ground to shoulders. Rx. Struggled with c2b form. Needs work.

    Swod. Split snatch up to 125#. Need to focus on straight arms.

    Worked form. Focus on not pulling early.

    Darn, I didn’t have time to work the snatch. 🙁

  6. CWOD: 20:35. 53# cleans red-banded C2B. Jimmy said its time to go down a band level.
    SWOD: worked form on snatch. Need to work on extension and not yanking off the ground (and thus causing my arms to pull too early).

    Had 25 ground to shoulder left at the cap. C2B gave me lots of trouble but have to practice to get better at them!
