This was one of the first Saturday WOD’s we ever did. We almost quit crossfit on the spot.
And look at you now….BEAST MODE!!! Both of you!
I remember I used a PVC pipe for OHS. And struggled.
20:25rx no PR for me but it was a good AWFUL wod.

There were several times where I was close to throwing in the towel but I have to pound my chest a little bit…didn’t quit, and kept moving 🙂

CWOD: 22:55 Rx – I absolutely hate the WOD.
Stayed after and did Bench Press/DL Triple/WOD with Boy Wonder
21:40 mod 53#. That was pretty brutal.
Kinda forgot about the skills WOD but stayed after and did 50 GHD SUs, 50 GHD back extensions, worked on my kip, and then did some cardio. Legs were jello after that WOD.
