    This was one of the first Saturday WOD’s we ever did. We almost quit crossfit on the spot.

    D. 24:06. Rx. Holy smokes. That wod is awful. Wasn’t sure I’d make it up the hill.

    Ryan, your time was 37:xx not 39:xx. We stayed after and figured out the clock.

    WHOA…that was brutal!! 2nd toughest WOD I’ve experienced at MP!

    37:22 – 85#

    positive experiences: I didn’t die
    negative experiences: this entire WOD

    There were several times where I was close to throwing in the towel but I have to pound my chest a little bit…didn’t quit, and kept moving 🙂

    Post WOD 3 Athletic Skills:
    1. Breathing
    2. Being able to shower without collapsing
    3. Cursing at my A/C because it wasn’t working fast enough

    CWOD: 22:55 Rx – I absolutely hate the WOD.

    Stayed after and did Bench Press/DL Triple/WOD with Boy Wonder

  7. 21:40 mod 53#. That was pretty brutal.
    Kinda forgot about the skills WOD but stayed after and did 50 GHD SUs, 50 GHD back extensions, worked on my kip, and then did some cardio. Legs were jello after that WOD.
