    Skill: 1:33/1:35/1:37 – 4:15 total
    CWOD: 28:01 Rx – had to change the 200M run sprints to 250M row sprints due to the rain πŸ™‚ glad we were able to sprint row 3000M in total today! πŸ™‚

    jaime and I wod’d together soooo…
    There was some rowing some running and one minute rest and some two minute rests and maybe even an extra round in there too. So I will chalk this up to good times good company and some work done!

    That wasn’t my favorite wod by a longshot.
