    Cwod 20:11. Mod towel for HSPU, 600 run for row, half Rx pull ups half banded purple.

    Skill: had fun at the end working progression level 7. 45# bar OHS at progression level 4. Jimmy got it, I did not. 🙁

    CWOD: 19:04 Rx. Took me 8 minutes to do 20 strict HSPU, but they got done nonetheless! 🙂
